Your Shipments
Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 working days after payment is received and are sent via Mondial Relay or Colissimo, depending on your choice at checkout. Regardless of your shipping method, we will provide you with a tracking link to monitor your parcel online.
Shipping costs include packaging fees and postage. Shipping is free for orders over €99 within mainland France via Mondial Relay. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Boxes are generously sized, and your items are well protected.
