Your parcel shipments

Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Mondial Relay or Chronopost, depending on your choice during payment. Whatever your shipping choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to combine your items in a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery charges will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

We make sure to ship your packages on weekdays, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Place your order online and receive your items within a few days.
