Measuring your dog for a Long Paws collar:

• Make sure your dog is standing still
• Measure using a cloth measuring tape or string
• Measure the neckline at the base of the neck,
• You should be able to fit 1 or 2 fingers between the collar and the dog so your pooch is comfortable.

Items are not guaranteed against wear, tear, biting, chewing, or other abuse. The warranty applies to all "Long Paws" products manufactured in the UK.

If an item you purchased from the Instinct Vagabond website has manufacturing defects, please send us an email via our contact form with:

• Details of the problem you are experiencing,
• A photo of the problem so we can better troubleshoot it for you.

We may ask you to return the product to us for shipment back to Long Paws so they can assess the issue and ensure it does not reoccur.
