At Instinct Vagabond you have the opportunity to try the item on your pet. If the size does not fit, you can return it to us for an exchange. To do this, contact us using the withdrawal form.
If you haven't received your order within a few days, you can contact us with your order number via our contact form.
We use Colissimo and Mondial Relais carriers and provide you with a tracking link for your order.
Shipping fees are fixed and free for mainland France on orders over €69 with delivery via Mondial Relais (excluding parcels over 10kg). You can visit our "Delivery" page for more information.
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. However, in the event of a damaged package or item, please contact us through our contact form with one or more photos of the damaged package or items, along with your order number.
It may happen that orders are sent in multiple separate parcels, which may not arrive at the same time. Check the tracking of your order from your account. If not, please contact us through our contact form.
Off course ! You can ask your question through our contact form, specifying the relevant product (you can include the product link for easier reference).
You can track the status of your order from your customer account.
When you want to order a product, select the size, color, and indicate the desired quantity, then click on 'Add to cart'. Next, click 'Continue shopping' if you want to browse other products, or 'Checkout' and follow the instructions. You can find your cart at the top right by clicking on the shopping cart icon, all the way to the right.
You can modify your details from your account (by clicking on the small person icon in the top right), then go to the "My Addresses" tab, and click on "Update" or "Create a new address". Please note, if you have an ongoing order, kindly contact us through our contact form.
